Stone Crab Claws with Caribbean-Style Mustard

3 pounds Florida stone crab claws
2 Tbsp. dry mustard
1-1/2 cups mayonnaise
1 tsp. Bailey Farms Red Habanero Hot Sauce
1 Tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
1 Tbsp. half and half


Crack the claws, then remove the shell and the movable pincer, leaving the meat attached to the remaining pincer. Set the prepared claws aside.

Combine the mustard, mayonnaise, hot sauce and Worcestershire sauce. Blend well, then incorporate small amounts of the half and half into the mixture until it retains a creamy consistency.

Serve the claws with the spicy mustard sauce on the side.
