Smoked Salmon Spread

Bailey Farms hot sauces are all natural and of the highest quality. Unlike other sauces that are mostly pepper-vinegar, they are a blend of chiles and fresh vegetables that are cooked down to perfection and deliver the perfect balance of heat and flavor.

1 (15 1/2 oz) can salmon or 15 oz leftover smoked or baked salmon
2 tsp prepared horseradish
1/2 medium onion, grated
1 Tbsp lemon juice
1/4 tsp liquid smoke
3 dashes Bailey Farms Hot Sauce
1 (8 oz) package cream cheese, softened
1/3 cup chopped pecans
3 Tbsp minced parsley


Drain and flake salmon. Combine next 6 ingredients and blend with salmon. combine pecans and parsley. Mound the salmon on serving plate and sprinkle with nut mixture, pressing them into the salmon. Chill and serve with crackers. May be made the night before it is to be served or frozen to use at a later time.
