Smoked Salmon, Dill, and Jalapeno Deviled Eggs
Bailey Farms hot sauces are all natural and of the highest quality. Unlike other sauces that are mostly pepper-vinegar, they are a blend of chiles and fresh vegetables that are cooked down to perfection and deliver the perfect balance of heat and flavor.
Ingredients:
10 hard boiled eggs (For the perfect method to hard boil eggs, click here)
3-4 heaping tablespoons mayonnaise (Depending on your preference)
4 ounces smoked salmon, flaked or torn in small pieces.
1 1/2 Tbsp. chopped fresh dill (Or 1 Tbsp Dried)
1 tsp. Bailey Farms Jalapeño pepper sauce
1 Tbsp. Red Wine vinegar
Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions:
Shell the eggs and cut in half lengthwise. Place the egg yolks in a medium bowl or the bowl of a food processor. Rinse the egg whites and set aside. Set one ounce of the smoked salmon aside.
Add mayonnaise, salmon, dill, jalapeño pepper sauce, and red wine vinegar to the bowl with the egg yolks. Mash with the back of a fork or pulse until combined well.
Spoon yolk mixture into egg whites, garnish with remaining salmon and dill sprigs.
