Bailey Farms hot sauces are all natural and of the highest quality. Unlike other sauces that are mostly pepper-vinegar, they are a blend of chiles and fresh vegetables that are cooked down to perfection and deliver the perfect balance of heat and flavor.
1 (8 oz) package cream cheese, softened
1/3 cup mayonnaise
1/3 cup sour cream
3 hard boiled eggs, mashed
1 (8 oz) can crabmeat, flaked
1 (8 oz) can tiny shrimp, drained and chopped
1/4 onion, very finely chopped
1 stalk celery, very finely chopped
1 tsp Creole seasoning
Several dashes Bailey Farms Hot Sauce
Combine cream cheese, mayonnaise, sour cream, and boiled eggs in a mixer bowl. Beat until fairly smooth. Add crabmeat, shrimp, onion, celery, Creole seasoning, and Bailey Farms hot sauce. Mix well. Serve with crackers. This can also be used as a dip or to make sandwiches.
