Oaxacan Guacamole

3 very ripe avocados
1/3 cup coarsely chopped onion
2 cloves garlic, minced
2 Tbsp. Bailey Farms Jalapeno Hot Sauce
1/3 cup fresh lime juice
1/3 cup chopped fresh cilantro
1 tsp. salt


Oaxacan guacamole is more often served as a sauce than a dip – perfect for spooning over grilled meats of all kinds.

Peel, pit and coarsely chop the avocados. Place the onion, garlic and hot sauce in a blender or food processor and process until finely chopped. Add the avocados and process into a puree. Add the lime juice, cilantro and salt and process just to blend. Taste for seasoning, adding more lime juice or salt as necessary.
