You will need:
2 8oz packages of cream cheese (room temperature)
1 cup mayonnaise
1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
1/2 cup of shredded mozzarella cheese
4 jalapeño’s chopped & deseeded (you can add more jalapeños to make it hotter)
1/4 cup diced green onion
For the topping you will need:
1 cup crushed Ritz crackers
1/2 stick of butter melted
1/2 cup parmesan cheese

Directions:
Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
Combine all ingredients into a bowl and mix well.
Place dip into an oven proof dish-remember the thicker the dip the longer it will take to heat up.
Once dip is in your oven proof dish, sprinkle the crushed ritz crackers, followed by the melted butter, topped with parmesan cheese.
Bake for 25-30 minutes.
