Jalapeno Asada

Jalapeños are the most popular chile peppers in the US. This is probably due to the availability and versatility of the chile. Jalapeños have a balanced combination of flavor and heat.

Ingredients:
Whole jalapeno chiles
Fresh lime juice
Sea salt

Instructions:
Grill or broil chiles and rotate until evenly roasted, but not burned. Place on serving plate and garnish with juice and lightly sprinkle with sea salt. Best served warm. Cut up and eat with meal.
