Fiery Curry Dip

Ingredients:

1-1/2 cups mayonnaise
1 Tbsp. Madras curry powder
1/3 cup finely chopped scallions
1 Tbsp. chopped cilantro
1 Tbsp. Bailey Farms Red Habanero Hot Sauce
1/1/2 Tbsp. fresh lime juice

Instructions:

Whisk the mayo and curry powder together until mixed well. Add the remaining ingredients and stir to meld the flavors. Refrigerate the dip for 1 hour and serve with toasted pita points or on pieces of good quality flat bread.
