Bailey Farms hot sauces are all natural and of the highest quality. Unlike other sauces that are mostly pepper-vinegar, they are a blend of chiles and fresh vegetables that are cooked down to perfection and deliver the perfect balance of heat and flavor.
3 (15 oz.) cans black-eyed peas, drained and rinsed
1 cup chopped roasted red bell peppers
1 small green bell pepper, finely chopped
1 cup thinly sliced green onions
1 Tbsp. Bailey Farms Chocolate Habanero Hot Sauce
1 Tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
1/2 cup loosely packed chopped Italian parsley
4 large garlic cloves, crushed
1 large tomato, coarsely chopped
6 Tbsp. white wine vinegar
1-1/3 cups extra-virgin olive oil
1/2 tsp. freshly ground pepper
salt, to taste
Combine the peas, bell peppers, green onions, hot sauce, Worcestershire sauce, parsley, garlic, tomato, vinegar and olive oil in a nonreactive bowl and mix well. Chill, covered, for 8 hours or longer. Stir in the salt and pepper and let stand until at room temperature. Serve with fresh hot tortilla chips.
