Baked Jalapeno-Bacon Oysters on the Half Shell

36 oysters, shucked, on the half shell
12 oz. grated mozzarella cheese
1/2 tsp. Bailey Farms Jalapeno Hot Sauce (per oyster)
1/2 cup chopped crispy bacon
Arrange the oysters on a bed of rock salt in a baking dish. Top each oyster with 1/2 teaspoon of the cheese, crumbled bacon and jalapeno hot sauce, or to taste. Bake the oysters in a preheated oven at 350F for about 10 minutes or until the edges of the oysters begin to curl.
