Bailey Farms Shrimp Dip

14 oz. can artichoke hearts
1/2 pound medium shrimp, cooked
1 pack cream cheese
1 Tbsp. Bailey Farms Red Habanero Hot Sauce, or to taste
1/2 cup mayonnaise
1/4 cup roasted red pepper, cut into thin strips
1/4 cup chopped scallions
1/4 cup shredded Parmesan cheese


Open the can of artichokes and drain well. Chop them coarsely and add the shrimp, cream cheese, hot sauce and mayonnaise. Stir well to combine and spoon the mixture into a shallow baking dish and bake at 350F for about 15-20 minutes.

Top with the roasted pepper strips and green onions and serve immediately with some tortilla chips.
