Bailey Farms Remoulade

Bailey Farms hot sauces are all natural and of the highest quality. Unlike other sauces that are mostly pepper-vinegar, they are a blend of chiles and fresh vegetables that are cooked down to perfection and deliver the perfect balance of heat and flavor.

Ingredients:

1 rib celery, minced
2 scallions, chopped very fine
1 large clove garlic, peeled and minced
1/2 Tbsp. chopped fresh cilantro
1/2 Tbsp. chopped fresh Italian parsley
2 Tbsp. cajun mustard
2 Tbsp. Hungarian paprika
1/4 cup red wine vinegar
1 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
1 Tbsp. Bailey Farms Red Habanero pepper sauce
2 Tbsp. ketchup
1/2 Tbsp. horseradish
salt and pepper, to taste
1/4 cup olive oil

Instructions:

Put all of the remoulade ingredients, except the olive oil, into a food processor and process until completely smooth. Leave the food processor running and slowly add the olive oil into the mixture.

Once the remoulade becomes nice and thick, turn off the machine and transfer the remoulade to a nonreactive mixing bowl and cover with some plastic wrap. Let the remoulade set up for an hour or so, then serve with steamed, spiced or grilled shrimp, lobster or other seafoods.
