Bailey Farms Chocolate Habanero Fire Butter
Bailey Farms hot sauces are all natural and of the highest quality. Unlike other sauces that are mostly pepper-vinegar, they are a blend of chiles and fresh vegetables that are cooked down to perfection and deliver the perfect balance of heat and flavor.
Ingredients:
1 pound butter, softened and divided
8 garlic cloves, minced
1 Tbsp. Bailey Farms Chocolate Habanero Hot Sauce
1/4 cup finely chopped shallots
1 Tbsp. Chimayo chile powder
2 Tbsp. lime juice
2 Tbsp. chopped fresh rosemary leaves
1-1/2 tsp. chopped fresh thyme
2 tsp. salt
1-1/2 tsp. fresh ground black pepper
1 tsp. worcestershire sauce
Instructions:
Combine the garlic and 1 tablespoon of the butter in a microwave-safe bowl and cover with some plastic wrap. Microwave it on high for 2 minutes or until soft, then let cool. Repeat the procedure with the shallots and 1 more tablespoon of butter.
Beat the remaining butter at medium speed with a hand mixer until it becomes light and fluffy. Add the garlic butter, shallot butter and other remaining ingredients, then beat the mixture until combined. Form it into a 1-1/2-inch-thick log and chill until firm. (the remaining butter can be stored in the freezer for 1 month.)
