Aloo Aur Paneer Tikki
These are very hot little firecrackers from the orient. They can be used to add spice to almost any oriental dish. They dry very easily and can be stored and used this way for a long time.
Potato – 3-4 ( Boiled, peeled and grated )
Paneer – 1 cup ( grated )
Salt to taste ( Use sendha namak if making for fast )
Fresh coriander – 2 tbsp ( chopped )
Green chile – 2 ( chopped )
Garam masala – 1\2 tsp
Oil for shallow frying
Mix boiled potatoes, paneer, salt, coriander, green chilies and garam masala in a bowl. Apply little oil on you palms and make small patties. Heat little oil in a non stick pan. Fry the tikkies from both the sides till golden brown. Serve hot with coriander and mint chutney.
