Spicy Spring Margarita

Jalapeños are the most popular chile peppers in the US. This is probably due to the availability and versatility of the chile. Jalapeños have a balanced combination of flavor and heat. The demand for these have caused breeders to develop a broad range of varieties.

INGREDIENTS
5 ounces blanco tequila (i had don julio)
2 ounces triple sec
2 1//2 ounces fresh lime juice
2 ounces fresh grapefruit juice
4 lime wheels for garnish
ice
jalapeño
Chile salt (half and half)
1 tablespoon salt, 1 tablespoon ground chile peppers

INSTRUCTIONS
Add everything together with some ice in a shaker. Shake, shake, shake.
Wet glasses with lime juice, running a wedge around the rim.
Place chile salt on plate and cover the tops of glasses with chile salt.
Pour in margarita mix and add in lime wedges.
