Ingredients:

1 dozen habanero peppers, split in half with seeds and veins removed
1-8 ounce package of cream cheese, room temperature
1 pack of smoked bacon or about 1/4 pound hot cappicolla ham
1 dozen toothpicks

Instructions:
Slice the fresh habanero peppers in half lengthwise. Remove all the veining and seeds. Stuff with cream cheese.

Wrap with 1/2 slices of bacon or hot cappicolla and insert a toothpick to hold it together.

Roast, broil, bake, or place in toaster oven until the meat is sizzling and even a bit charred on the edges,(another indicator that they are ready to eat is that the tooth picks are burnt on the ends.) So be sure to remove the toothpicks before eating. Cool until warm to the touch and enjoy!
