Saunfia Mirchi
An Anaheim pepper is a mild variety of chili pepper. The name “Anaheim” derives from Emilio Ortega, a farmer who brought the seeds to the Anaheim, California, area in the early 1900s.

INGREDIENTS
Big Green Chiles – 250 g
Vegetable oil – 2 tbsp
Hing – ¼ tsp
Fennel seeds – 2 tbsp
Salt to taste
Amchoor powder – 2 tbsp
INSTRUCTIONS
Heat vegetable oil in a pan.
Once the oil is hot, add hing and fennel seeds and let them crackle for a few seconds.
Add green chilli and salt and cook on high heat for 5-6 minutes until chillies are blistered and softened.
Add amchoor powder and mix well.
Cook for another minute.
Serve hot with any Indian style meal.
