Salsa Del Toro
Jalapeños are the most popular chile peppers in the US. This is probably due to the availability and versatility of the chile. Jalapeños have a balanced combination of flavor and heat.
2 medium sized tomatoes, chopped
3 green jalapenos, chopped
3 black jalapenos, chopped
1 Corno del Toro pepper, chopped
2 tablespoons cilantro
1 teaspoon garlic, minced
1 teaspoon lemon juice
1 teaspoon chili powder (I used chili de arbol)
Salt and pepper to taste
Add all ingredients to a food processor or blender. Process to desired consistency. Taste and adjust flavor with salt and pepper as needed. Chill and serve!
