Ingredients:
1 1/2- 2 lbs lean stew meat
Flour
1 large onion, chopped
1 cup celery, chopped
1 large potato, cubed
1 large can ranch-style beans
2 cups boiling water
1 large can tomatoes
1 cup diced carrots
1/2 cup okra, sliced
1/4 cup chopped serrano peppers (seeded if less heat is desired)
1 small bell pepper, chopped
1 can whole kernel corn
2 Tbsp Worcestershire sauce
1/2 tsp salt
Garlic salt, chili powder, and cumin to taste
Instructions:
Dredge meat cubes in flour and brown in skillet with onions. Chop all vegetables and peppers, add to beef. Cook until beef and vegetables are tender. Season to taste.
