Manchego Stuffed BellaFina Peppers

BellaFina™ peppers may be used to create a wide variety of recipes, from appetizers to main dishes. BellaFina™ peppers are often used in salads, vegetables trays with or without dip, cooked in stews and sauces and stuffed with meat, cheese and grains.

Manchego cheese

Cut the cheese into 1/4 inch slices then cut them into smaller pieces to fit inside the peppers. Cut off the stems of the peppers and scoop out the seeds. Stuff the peppers with the cheese. Put them in the oven on broil for 4 minutes or so then flip them over for 3 more or so. Check them to see if they need to be in longer. You can take a spoon and stuff the cheese back inside if necessary.
