Jalapeno Popper Crescent Rolls

Jalapeños are the most popular chile peppers in the US. This is probably due to the availability and versatility of the chile. Jalapeños have a balanced combination of flavor and heat. The demand for these have caused breeders to develop a broad range of varieties.

Ingredients
1 (8-count) tube of crescent roll dough
1-2 jalapenos, thinly sliced
4 slices bacon, cooked and crumbled
4 ounces cream cheese, cut into 8 pieces
Ranch dressing
hot sauce

Instructions
Preheat oven to 375 degrees.
Separate crescent roll dough into triangles. On each piece, place a piece of cream cheese, ⅛ of the bacon, and 3 slices of jalapenos.
Roll each piece of dough up starting at the wide end. Place on a lightly greased baking sheet.
Bake for about 12 minutes.
Mix desired amount of hot sauce into ranch dressing. Serve with crescent rolls.
