Serrano

Ingredients:

1 oz. gin
1 oz. sake
1 oz. white tequila
1 oz. vodka
2 dashes Angostura bitters
1 small club soda
1 Tbsp. lemon juice
1 Tbsp. olive juice
1 stick celery
2 Tbsp. celery salt
1 tsp. ginger
3 slices lemon
2 pieces of pimento-stuffed olives
1/2 tsp. cayenne
1 serrano chile, slit down the side
1 pinch salt
2 dashes of tabasco sauce

Instructions:

Coat the rim of a cocktail glass with lemon juice and celery salt. Coat the inside of the glass with angostura bitters. Place the vodka, sake, gin, and tequila along with the salt, pepper, tabasco, olive juice, lemon juice in a shaker with crushed ice and shake well. Strain the mixture carefully into the glass without disturbing the salt coating the rim. Slit the serrano chile and drop it into the glass and add some crushed ice. Drop in the olives and lemon slices, then gently top off the drink with some soda. Stir with the celery stick and serve.
