Fiery Cilantro and Chile Dressing

Serrano
Ingredients:

1/3 cup cilantro leaves
2-3 Tbsp fresh serrano peppers
2 Tbsp fresh red pepper
4 cloves garlic
2 Tbsp brown sugar
1-2 Tbsp fish sauce (used in Thai cooking)
1/2 cup lime or lemon juice (whichever you prefer)
1/4 tsp white pepper
1/4 tsp cracked black pepper

Instructions:

Combine all of the ingredients in a blender or food processor and blend well. If you don’t have either of these machines then you’ll simply need to chop the ingredients very fine and combine in a mixing bowl. Use on vegetable and grilled meat saldas.
