Crispy Hot Sauce Potatoes
Bailey Farms hot sauces are all natural and of the highest quality. Unlike other sauces that are mostly pepper-vinegar, they are a blend of chiles and fresh vegetables that are cooked down to perfection and deliver the perfect balance of heat and flavor.
Ingredients:
12 small red or white potatoes, cut into ½ wedges
3 tbs. olive oil
Sea salt and pepper
2 tbs. butter, melted
4 tbs. hot sauce
Blue cheese, for serving
Directions:
Preheat oven to 450 degrees.
On a baking sheet, toss the potatoes with the olive oil and season lightly with salt and pepper.
Roast the potatoes for 35-40 minutes, tossing them every 5 minutes, until golden and crispy.
During the last 10 minutes of baking time, combine the butter and hot sauce in a bowl.
Drizzle the sauce over the potatoes in the pan and carefully toss to combine.
Return potatoes to the oven and bake for an additional 3-5 minutes.
Serve with blue cheese dipping sauce.
