1Tsp Extra Virgin Olive Oil

20 Shishito Peppers

Salt to taste

Toss peppers in oil until well coated. Heat frying pan medium to high heat. Once pan is hot add peppers to the pan in a single layer. Using tongs once peppers are blistered on one side carefully turn them over to blister on the other side.

Once done cooking transfer to a bowl and sprinkle with salt.
