BellaFina™ peppers may be used to create a wide variety of recipes, from appetizers to main dishes. BellaFina™ peppers are often used in salads, vegetables trays with or without dip, cooked in stews and sauces and stuffed with meat, cheese and grains.
2 packed of cream cheese (1- 8 oz tub, 1 8-oz block)
15 oz. crushed pineapple, drained as thoroughly as possible
2 bunches of green onions, chopped fine (use only white part of onions)
1 of each color of Bella Fina peppers: red, yellow, and orange- all chopped fine
1 1/2 tsp Lawry’s season salt
1 cup pecans, chopped fine
Mix all ingredients together except chopped pecans. Roll into one or two balls. Then roll balls into the chopped pecans.
This will keep in the refrigerator for 2 weeks.
