Baby Bell Pepper Chips

Butter(use coconut oil for Dairy Free)
Salt & Pepper
Prep time: 10 Minutes
Cook time: 1 Hour
Wash and chop peppers. Place skin-side down on a cookie sheet. Sprinkle with salt, pepper, chili and garlic powder. Drizzle with melted grass-fed butter and cook in a 275 degree oven for one hour.
